Oakbrook maintains a database of over 1,000 office and industrial properties in the Madison area and produces multiple research publications for the use of our clients, lenders, appraisers, media, and the commercial real estate community. In addition to office and industrial vacancy, rental rates, absorption, and construction volume, we track land sales, office and industrial park land inventory, and the sale of office, industrial, and investment properties. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

The construction management group specializes in the planning and management of tenant improvements and facility remodeling projects for our commercial and residential clients. Historically, we complete between 30-40 projects per year with annual contracts completed exceeding $6 million. We believe it is critical to ensure that the design and implementation of remodeling projects is consistent with existing building systems, architectural design intent and owner budgetary constraints.
