Our Corporate Services group provides ongoing support to our operations team and field staff, which strengthens our property management division. These services include the following:


Accounting: Our accounting group provides all financial reports for the communities we manage. They provide timely, accurate information that allows improved planning and decision making.


Information Technology: We continue to invest in new technology that will allow us to more effectively manage our clients assets. We utilize MRI Software, a leading web-based property management system. It allows us to manage our properties more efficiently and provides greater transparency that benefits our clients and our residents.


Human Resources: Our desire is to hire and develop the highest quality employees possible. HR plays a vital role in the recruitment and retention of our property management staff as well as the administration of benefits and programs designed to help our associates succeed. Training & Development: We empower our associates, by providing on-going training and support so that they can perform their duties with confidence. Our company intranet is a central tool that we utilize to communicate important information to our staff including changes to our policies and procedures.
