The Oakbrook Companies and/or its principals have been engaged in the business of developing new properties since 1974. We have developed office, retail, apartments and mixed use properties in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Colorado.
We currently develop projects for our own account as well as offering development services to owners on a retainer basis or through a build to suit process.
Since 1974 we have been involved with the development of:
a) 26 office
buildings and over 800,000 square feet of office space;
b) 6,635 apartments in 71 communities;
c) Five mixed-use residential and retail or office projects ranging in
size from $3,500,000 to $54,000,000.
