Later, drop by our office with the completed application and a security
deposit check for $300. This will enable us to reserve an apartment and
begin processing your application. Otherwise, please fax or mail the application

A credit check will be completed through the local credit bureau. By
completing this application, you are also granting us permission to confirm
your employment, income and previous tenant history. The Fair Credit Reporting
Act, 15 U.S.C. Sec, 1681, et seq, requires that we disclose to you that
an investigative consumer report including information as to your character,
general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living may be
made. Upon written request made by you within a reasonable period of time
after your receipt of this Application, a complete and accurate written
disclosure of the nature and scope of the investigation (if one is made)
shall be provided to you.
This apartment is furnished with the following items: Dishwasher, disposal,
range, self-defrost refrigerator, carpeting, blinds, light fixtures; other:
Resident Obligations: cleaning of range and refrigerator, window washing,
bathroom, fixtures and tile. See Manager for instructions.
Resident is required to maintain insurance on personal property.
An apartment inspection will be completed prior to your taking occupancy.
Before, or shortly after, the following work will be completed at the expense
of the Landlord:
I (we) hereby make an application for the above described premises on
the terms specified and deposit herewith the sum of $________________ as
an earnest money deposit. If this Application is not accepted or if it
is withdrawn by Applicant within three days (72 hours) of the time it is
signed, the earnest money deposit, less a $40 non-refundable application
processing fee, will be returned to Applicant. If this application is accepted,
the earnest money, less a $40 application processing fee, will be applied
to the security deposit due. If this Application is accepted and subsequently
(after the 72-hour right to withdraw period has expired), the applicant
does not move in, the earnest money deposit shall be retained by the Landlord
as compensation for holding the apartment off the market. The security
deposit may not be used as the last month's rent without the written consent
