Oakbrook Corporation was formed in 1987 with the purpose of engaging in real estate property management, leasing, and development activities. Subsequently, the firm expanded into brokerage and consulting services. What started as a small company has grown over the past 25 years into one of the Midwest’s largest service providers with over 270 employees. We currently manage over 7,500 apartments, representing more than 100 residential communities in Wisconsin and Illinois, as well as a portfolio of office and industrial buildings in Madison, WI totaling more than 1.5 million square feet of space.
