Summary
Prior to forming Oakbrook Companies in 1987, Mr. Morey was Executive Vice President and Secretary of Madsen Corporation, a mid-Western commercial development and construction business. He was also President of its two operating subsidiaries, Madsen Investment Services, Inc., a licensed securities broker/dealer, and Madsen Mortgage Company, Inc., a mortgage-banking firm. During his 13 years at Madsen, Mr. Morey was responsible for development, financing and financial planning for $400,000,000 in properties developed and/or owned by Madsen. He also supervised the activities of Madsen's developers, real estate agents, securities agents, property managers, and finance directors.
During his career, Mr. Morey has been active as a speaker at seminars on various aspects of real estate and has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Edgewood Campus Grade School, a member of the Board of Directors of Downtown Madison, Inc., a member of the Business and Advisory Board of Attic Angels, a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, and other trade organizations. Mr. Morey is also on the Gubernatorial appointed Multifamily Dwelling Code Council.

Summary
Prior to forming the Oakbrook Companies in 1987, Mr. Klein worked for ten years as Vice President of Madsen Corporation in real estate management, development and finance. He developed commercial and multi-family housing projects in 30 communities and secured a total of $100,000,000 in mortgage financing for Madsen projects. Mr. Klein was responsible for the start up, marketing, leasing and overall management services for housing developments. He has extensive experience in mixed-use developments, public/private partnerships, site selection and owner representation.
Mr. Klein has been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and has been a panel member with the Urban Land Institute on public/private partnerships. He has also been past president of the Madison Exchange Club, a past director of the U.W. Real Estate Education Fund, a director of Associated Bank South Central, a director of Catholic Charities, a director of Second Harvest Foodbank, a member of the Delta Gamma Sigma Business Honors Fraternity, and Former Chairman of Board of Trustees Edgewood High School.

Mark oversees the office leasing efforts, preparation of annual operating
and capital budgets; preparation of management, leasing, and marketing
plans; and supervision of the commercial property management area. His
development responsibilities involve coordination of all facets of a project,

design, and participation with a development team consisting of architects,
engineers, and contractors.
Mr. Winter has sold many types of investment property over his career.

retail and investment land. Over the past seven years, Mr. Winter

Summary
Mr. Lyman began his career as a maintenance technician in 1983 for Madsen
Corporation. In 1985 he was promoted to maintenance supervisor and was
transferred to Milwaukee where he was responsible for the physical maintenance
of a 190-unit garden apartment complex and a 348-unit high-rise property.
Mr. Lyman joined Oakbrook at its formation in 1987 and in June 1989
he was transferred back to Madison to supervise the maintenance of commercial
properties. In 1994, he was promoted to Senior Property Manager and
through the years has helped to grow the management portfolio to 30+
commercial buildings totaling 1.6 million square feet of space. In 2004,
he was promoted to Manager of Construction, a role in which he will oversee
both residential and commercial remodeling projects across Oakbrook's
management portfolio of 10+ million square feet of space.

Mr. Lyman has twenty years of experience in the maintenance, management,
and construction of real property assets, including oversight of a staff
of seven people. His knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems
and their successful integration with remodeling projects has been invaluable
to owners and tenants alike.

duties include preparing tenant improvement budgets, hire and supervise
the activities of all subcontractors, set up and maintain construction
schedules for each project, inspect construction at job sites to insure
quality workmanship, and monitor monthly expenses for comparison to the
approved tenant improvement budget. Other duties include preparing and
maintaining a database of AutoCAD drawings for office buildings managed
by Grubb & Ellis|Oakbrook. He also assists in coordination of space
planning for new tenants.
Before joining Grubb & Ellis|Oakbrook, Eric was employed as a draftsman/expediter
at Wick Building System Inc. located in Mazomanie, WI. For over three
years. Eric's duties included development of floor plans, steel layouts,
typical sections, and plant fabrication drawings on AutoCAD; preparation
of material for each project shipping list; communication with dealers
and crew foreman; problem solving of job site conditions; estimating building
costs and training of new and existing employees.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Stout, Eric was employed
as a manager trainee with Northland Buildings, Inc. located in Eau Claire,
WI. Duties included daily inventory control, order processing of buildings,
picking and shipping of hardware for post-frame construction, and training

Prior to joining Oakbrook Corporation in 2003, Mr. Bingham was an asset
manager for 40 properties consisting of 8,400 residential units for a
large national tax credit syndicator. His duties in that capacity included
performing due diligence on management companies, performing physical
site inspections, reviewing financial statements, budgets and tax returns, investor reporting and oversight of property operations.
Prior to this position, Mr. Bingham worked for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority as a Multifamily Asset Manager and
ultimately, as a Multifamily Portfolio Manager. During his tenure at WHEDA, Michael was responsible for protecting the authority’s assets
and ensuring the long-term viability of programs and developments.
In addition to the above positions, Mr. Bingham also spent nine years with a large Wisconsin based property management and development company,
managing Section 42 tax credit properties, with the latter years spent managing distressed properties.

Mr. McConnell has been employed in the building maintenance field since 1982.
In 1987 he joined Oakbrook Corporation at its formation as a Maintenance Supervisor
in Arlington Heights, Illinois for our Residential Division. In 1989, Mr. McConnell
transferred to our Commercial Division as a Maintenance Technician where his
responsibilities included the daily operations of seven commercial office buildings.
In 1996 he was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our entire portfolio
of commercial properties in the Madison area. In 2002, he was promoted to Commercial
Facilities Manager where his responsibilities included the maintenance management
of over 1.5 million square feet of commercial space. In 2004, Mr. McConnell was
promoted to Senior Commercial Property Manager.
Experience
Mr. McConnell is well versed in all aspects of building maintenance and building
management. His vast knowledge of building maintenance comes due to his hands
on approach throughout his career. He also has extensive experience in several
types of fire alarm systems, access control and automated HVAC systems.
