The Oakbrook Companies conduct their business through four primary operating
groups: the residential property and asset management group; the commercial
property, asset management, and brokerage group; the consulting and development
group; and the accounting and treasury group. Each operating group is
headed by a principal of the company. Services (i.e. marketing, accounting,
maintenance, sales, finance, construction etc.) for each project undertaken
are provided by combining the skills of employees selected from these
four groups.

and asset management services Oakbrook offers range from the most basic
relationship of providing physical plant maintenance services to the
most comprehensive relationship of providing complete discretionary
asset management services subject only to prudent judgment and fiduciary
limitations. Oakbrooks
management groups are responsible for the management of over 8 million
square feet of office, retail, industrial, residential and mixed-use
facilities located in Wisconsin, Illinois and Colorado.
Oakbrook Corporation has attained the designation of an Accredited Management
Organization.

Oakbrook's
brokerage services consist of the leasing and sale of land and buildings
utilizing an exclusive real estate listing or an exclusive representation
arrangement wherein Oakbrook acquires land, buildings or rental space
for specific clients.
