Mr. Knuth grew up in Northern Wisconsin and brings to Oakbrook a diverse experience within the construction Industry. Mr. Knuth obtained an AS in Electrical/Mechanical systems Technology in 1992 through the Community College of the Air Force. After Mr. Knuth retired from the Air Force, he went to work for Halliburton Brown & Root as an Electrical Mechanical Project Manager in Huston Tx. In September 2005, Mr. Knuth was hired by Centennial Contractors as a Project Manger/Estimator on the Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority IDIQ project (homeland security driven). In 2008, Mr. Knuth earned his Cost Engineering credentials and traveled for the Army Corps Of Engineers , planning and programming the infrastructure required to support “The Surge” troop build up. He also cost Engineered Homeland security upgrades for the US Border patrol, assessed infrastructure and budgeted for future work on All Veterans Medical Facilities throughout the North Eastern US. By 2011, he was responsible managing construction projects (Egordian) for the State of Georgia and South Carolina. In 2014, during a planned relocation , Mr. Knuth accepted employment with Oakbrook Corporation as a Senior Facilities Property Manager. He is currently managing 11 commercial properties.
