Career Summary
Ms. Peterson joined Oakbrook Corporation in March 2017 as Regional Property Manager to provide leadership to a portfolio of 25 properties consisting of over 1,900 units made up of market rate and tax credit properties with the goal of maximizing revenue. Jessica's strong operational background will be utilized to support the operational growth of the residential portfolio. She joins our team with over ten years of luxury high-rise and mid-rise property management experience, in which she focused on associate training and development, budgeting and financial oversight, and exceeding customer service standards. Prior to property management, she worked in the financial industry as a branch manager in charge of strategic sales goal attainment.
