Career Summary
As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, Mr. Hutchins directs a portfolio of over twenty commercial properties in the Madison market. Mr. Hutchins is responsible for managing personnel in the daily maintenance of the properties while also contracting and overseeing the work of outside service vendors. Mr. Hutchins also works with owners and tenants to understand and develop plans for the long-term repair and capital improvement needs of each property. The bulk of the properties include a variety of entities devoted to scientific research and bio-technology.

Mr. Hutchins began his career as an officer in the United States Air Force. He worked in flight operations management, which was devoted to overseeing all aspects of daily mission readiness. Mr. Hutchins served for four years and attained the rank of Captain. Mr. Hutchins then spent the next 20 years working in a variety of construction positions from Journeyman Carpenter to Project Superintendent.
